The owner shares what they'd genuinely love to see captured, you're split into small teams, and it's up to your team to plan the shoot, execute it and deliver a finished result, exactly as you would for a real client. Afterwards, every team walks everyone through their approach, so you get to see first-hand how other creatives tackle the same brief differently than you would. That's usually where the real learning happens.
